1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Vispeek application and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using the Vispeek application and services.

2. User-Generated Content and Community Guidelines

2.1 Agreement to Terms

By using this app, all users agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which include strict adherence to our Community Guidelines. Users understand and agree that Vispeek has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable, offensive, or abusive content. Violation of these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent banning.

2.2 Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse.
• Hate speech, including but not limited to content that promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or nationality.
• Nudity, sexually explicit content, or pornography.
• Content that promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activities.
• Spam, misleading information, or phishing content.

2.3 Reporting Mechanism

All users have the ability to report content or accounts that violate these guidelines. Our moderation team will promptly review flagged content and take appropriate action.

2.4 Moderation and Banning Policy

Accounts found posting objectionable content will be warned, and repeated offenses will lead to a ban. Accounts reported for abusive behavior or harassment will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If found guilty, the account will be permanently banned. Moderators reserve the right to block content creators who fail to adhere to these guidelines.

2.5 Responsibility for Content

Users are solely responsible for the content they create and share on the platform. By submitting content, users confirm that it does not violate these terms.

2.6 User Obligations

All users must agree to the following:

• Respect the intellectual property of others and avoid unauthorized sharing.
• Maintain respectful and meaningful interactions.
• Use the reporting tools responsibly and in good faith.

2.7 Appeal Process

Users who believe their content was removed or their account was banned unfairly can submit an appeal through the support contact form. Appeals will be reviewed within 7 business days.

2.8 Legal Action

Vispeek reserves the right to take legal action against individuals engaging in criminal activities, harassment, or repeated violations.

3. Privacy

Vispeek respects user privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

4. Code of Conduct

Users must adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respectful and constructive interactions. Harassment, hate speech, or any form of harmful behavior will not be tolerated.

Nudity, sexual content, sexually explicit materials, harmful ideologies such as those promoting violence or hate, as well as socially unacceptable moral stances such as paedophilia, cannibalism, or similar content are strictly prohibited and will be subject to removal from the platform.

Illegal and unlawful activities, spam, and fraud are not tolerated and will result in a ban.

Repeated breaches of these conducts might result in a permanent ban of the user from the platform and affiliated services. Vispeek will have the right to remove such content which breaches the code of conduct from the platform with or without informing the user about it.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials related to the Vispeek application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Vispeek and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimers

Vispeek provides its services "as is" and makes no warranties or representations regarding the quality, accuracy, or completeness of the content available on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vispeek shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

8. Termination

Vispeek reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts or access to the platform at its sole discretion and without notice, for violations of these Terms and Conditions or any other reason.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Vispeek may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review these Terms and Conditions regularly and accept them if desired.
